LBC 2017/18 Coaching Staffs

Rachel Strang - 2019 Head Coach

Rachel is a native to Easton, MD and attended Easton High School, where she was played goalie for the Warriors. After graduating, Rachel played lacrosse at Christopher Newport and Virginia Tech, receiving All-Conference and All-Tournament awards while at CNU.

Rachel is currently a teacher at Easton High School and Assistant Coach of the Easton HS Varsity Girl’s Lacrosse team.  Rachel has been active in coaching at the High School and club level for many years.

This is Rachel’s first season with LBC.

Erinn Davis - 2019 Assistant Coach

Erinn played lacrosse for Mt. Hebron high school and was named Howard County’s first girls lacrosse Player of the Year. She was also named Offensive Player of the Year for Howard County. Erinn continue to play at Temple University, where she received a full scholarship and was a two time All-American. Erinn also was the national leader in points during her final season of playing, before she suffered a year ending knee injury.

Erinn has coached at both the rec & club level for over four years. She is a US Lacrosse Level 2 Certified Coach and also is a certified lacrosse Official.

Ron Schweiger - 2019 Assistant Coach

Ron has been coaching actively for several years. He has coached rec, club and was also the Head coach for the Junior Varsity Girl’s program at Queen Anne’s County High School. Ron is entering his fourth season coaching with LBC.

Jesse Hushion - 2020 Head Coach

Jesse is a native of Chestertown, Maryland. She attended St. Andrews School in high school, where she was an outstanding athlete in both lacrosse & soccer. Jesse helped lead St. Andrews to 4 straight lacrosse state Championships and was a First team All-American.  Jesse continued to play at Brown University after high school.

Jesse has coached lacrosse at Mount Saint Mary’s College, Arlington High School and at the club level.  Jesse has just returned from New York and will be teaching at Radcliffe Creek School beginning this fall. This is Jesse’s first year coaching with LBC.

Emily D'Orsaneo - 2020 Assistant Coach

Emily was a four year Varsity starter and senior captain for Queen Anne’s County High School. She helped lead the Lions to four North Bayside Championships & to the Maryland State Semi-finals. Emily was a three time First Team All-Conference player, Defensive Player of the Year, Most Outstanding Female Athlete her junior and senior year.

Emily is currently heading into her sophomore year at Coastal Carolina, where she continues to be a leader on defense. She started all 19 games her freshman year and was named to the 2017 ASUN All Freshman Team, along with the 2017 Coastal Carolina President’s List.

Emily is entering her second season as a coach with LBC.

Mollie Stevens - 2020 Assistant Coach

Mollie was a four year Varsity starter at Queen Anne’s County High School, where she helped to lead them to four 3A/2A East Regional Championships, three MD start Semi-Finals, and one MD State Final. She was All Mid Shore First Team (3 years), All Mid Shore Co-Player of the Year and a US Lacrosse First Team All-American.

Mollie headed to the University of Florida after graduation and continued to dominate the lacrosse field for the Gators the next four years. Mollie was 2014 IL Women All Rookie Team, 2014 SEC First Year Honor Roll, 2015 All BIG EAST First Team, 2015 IWLCA All-South Second Team, 2016 BIG EAST Attacker of the Week (2/16, 2/23) 2016 Tewaaraton Award Watch List, and was a 2016 Member of the US National team training roster. Mollie is also only the 8th Gator to ever record 100 career goals.

Mollie is entering her third season coaching with LBC.

Robert Smith - 2020 Assistant Coach

Coach Smitty grew up a baseball player but quickly adapted to the game of Women's Lacrosse.  He has coached Club Lacrosse for the last 6 season, coaching 10th grade, all the way to 4th grade.

Coach Smitty was also named Head Coach of Easton High School's Varsity Lacrosse Team last Winter and completed his first full season as Head Coach this Spring.  His Easton Warriors had a 8-6 regular season record in his first full season.

Coach Smitty was also the Founder of LBC Lacrosse and the current President.

Julie Morse - 2021 Head Coach

A native of Easton, Maryland, Julie played lacrosse at Saints Peter & Paul, where she was a two time US Lacrosse High School All-American, tallying 230 points in her four years playing. After high school, Julie attended Loyola University Maryland, where she helped to lead the Greyhounds to the BIG EAST 2012 Championship and two consecutive Patriot League Championships. (2014 &2015)

Julie has coached at the high school & club level for many years. She is currently the Assistant Coach at Washington College. Julie is entering her first year coaching with LBC.

Caroline Lovett - 2021 Assistant Coach

Caroline is a native of Lancaster, PA. She attended Penn Manor High School, where she played both lacrosse and basketball. She was Team Captain & was named to the All-Tournament Team.

Caroline continued to play at Washington College for four years and was a huge leader for their offense. Following graduation, she began teaching for Caroline County Public Schools. She also joined LBC the same year.

Caroline is entering her third season with LBC.

Laurie Tulowitzky - 2022 Head Coach

Laurie played lacrosse at Catonsville High School in Baltimore County, Maryland. She has been active in the local coaching scene for over eleven years and has coached at both the rec and club level.  Laurie is a US Lacrosse Level 1 Certified Coach, along with having numerous completed courses from US Lacrosse’s online program.

Laurie is entering her fifth season coaching with LBC. She has coached the 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024’s in previous years. Laurie’s daughter, Kylie, is a current player on the Varsity team at Queen Anne’s County High School & LBC 2020.

Lindsay Dixon - 2022 Assistant Coach

Lindsay grew up playing lacrosse in Annapolis, Maryland. He went onto to play at Towson, where he helped to lead the Tigers to two NCAA tournaments spots during his junior and senior season. After graduating from Towson, Lindsay played on the professional level with the Baltimore Thunder and Pittsburgh Bulls. He was also a member of the 1994 US World Lacrosse team.

Linsday has coached lacrosse at the rec, club and High School level for many years, along with coaching soccer & basketball.

Lindsay is entering his third season coaching with LBC.

Sam Hiner - 2023 Assistant Coach

Sam played lacrosse at Southern High School in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. After graduation, she went on to play for the University of Delaware, Blue Hens. Sam has been active coaching lacrosse on the rec, club and high school level for many years. She helps to oversee our local rec program, QACLAX, is a US Lacrosse Level 2 Certified coach.
Sam is entering her third season coaching with LBC.

Sean Crawford - 2023 Assistant Coach

Sean grew up in Severna Park, Maryland and was a High School All-American lacrosse player for Severna Park High School. He attended the University of Maryland, where he continued to play for the men’s lacrosse team. Sean has been coaching girl’s lacrosse for many years. He has spent 8 years at the rec level and is entering his third season with LBC.

Kesley Dean-Fitzgerald - 2024 Head Coach

Kesley played lacrosse at Queen Anne’s County High School; where she was team captain both her Junior & Senior Seasons. She was voted MVP her senior year, was the leading scorer for the Lady Lions and was only one of five players in Maryland to join the 100 point club in a season. (106).

Kesley attended Longwood University and continued to rack up the goals for the Lancers. She was a leader in goals scored each season and was All NLC First team Selection, NLC All-Tournament team and NLC Tournament MVP.

Since returning from Longwood, Kesley has been an active part of the local lacrosse scene. She has coached at the rec, club and High School level, along with spending numerous hours giving private lessons. Kesley is LBC’s Coaching Director, along with recruiting coordinator.

Jayme Block - 2024 Assistant Coach

Jayme was a four year middie for the Salisbury Seagulls and won two National Championships as a player. He has continued to be active in the game following his years on the field and has been an assistant at both St. Mary’s College of Maryland and Salisbury. Jayme has two talented daughters (2021, 2024) who have played for LBC since its inaugural season. Jayme currently serves as the Director of Alumni Relations and Gift Development at Salisbury and continues to coach with the men’s program.

Jayme is entering his fourth season as a coach with LBC.

Amy Kuehnl - 2025 Head Coach

Amy played high school lacrosse at Catonsville High School in Baltimore County, Maryland, where she was a three sport athlete. (Soccer, basketball & lacrosse).  Amy is a PG County Police Officer with 20 years on the department. Amy has coached locally on the rec level (5 years) & is entering her six year coaching at the club level.

Amy is entering her fifth season with LBC & has coached the 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2024 teams throughout the years.

Julie Smith - 2025 Head Coach

Julie is a first year coach with a great knowledge of the game and of the individual players.  She is a player favorite that brings the best out in young players.

Julie is also the Chief Executive, Treasurer and the person that makes LBC the club it is today.  Anything LBC crosses her desk before it's made a reality.

In real life Julie is the President of Ashley Insurance, an Insurance Agency that features offices in Centreville, Easton, Denton, St. Michaels and Cambridge.

Callie Crawford - 2025 Assistant Coach

Callie is entering her senior year at Queen Anne’s County High School and has played on the Varsity team since her freshman year.

Ellie Roser - 2026 Coach

Ellie is entering her senior year at Easton High School, where she is a three sport athlete. During her junior year, Ellie led the Warriors lacrosse team in Assists & was 2nd in total goals scored. Ellie will be playing Division I at Furman University (Greenville, South Carolina) after graduation.

This is Ellie’s first year coaching with LBC.
